You gotta love this. Vancouver’s North Shore Tourism is offering free limo service from Vancouver Airport to any of their North Shore Hotels. It’s almost worth hanging around the airport and pretending you just flew in from somewhere to grab the stylin’ ride to the other side of the Inlet. 

For those of you who don’t know Vancouver too well, this is another Vancouver altogether. It’s a different vibe and fun to check out. Lots of great restaurants and city stuff but you’re as close as you can get to the edge of the mountains and forest.

And let’s not forget that there’s the whole Persian factor too.  It’s fun to go to some of those great Iranian markets for rose water, chewy flatbreads and hot deals on big bags of Basmati.
