I just love these guys. We met them while hiking in the Lake District…Don’t they just look like they must be very wise? This was in the land of Beatrix Potter. We went to Hilltop to see her old home. We’ve since watched Miss Potter with Rene Zellweger.  Beatrix Potter was a contender – a modern woman born in the stuffy Victoria world where a woman wasn’t worth educating except in the finer arts of watercolours and needlepoint and getting married. But Ms. Potter was way out in front. I really enjoyed learning about her at her home exhibit and then watching this very interesting film about her life. Two Peter Rabbit thumbs up.
