It is when I insist on these moments…these rather unique photo opportunities, that I’m sure Kevin wishes he could wake up and find himself a single man.
But alas, he married me, and therefore, he has become the unwilling ally in taking these photos.
I can pretty much guarantee that you will never see him posing in a photo like this, but at least he takes the picture.
But I ask you. Why on earth would you ever pass up the opportunity to pose in front of the world’s biggest pysanka in downtown Vegreville, Alberta?
Oh my goodness, that’s the best photo I’ve seen this week, Colleen! Too cool–and so Canadian.
Thanks Lesley,
I’ve read your comment out to Kevin. Maybe if I repeat it a few more times I won’t have to work so hard to get him to take the next one that presents itself:)
Oh, I can so relate to this. Of course, they always love the photos afterwards. Looking forward to the Canada Goose shot….maybe perched on its back?
Hey Iris…we shan’t be seeing the goose on this trip. ToonTown is the furthest east we’re going to get this time. Next trip, it’ll be the Wawa goose or bust!
Keep driving and you can get a shot with the giant Canada goose in Wawa. I’m sure Kevin would love it!
That Wawa goose is something else eh? Of course there’s the giant hockey stick in Smithers and isn’t there a big ball of string somewhere too?
Cool shot! Looks sunny and warm … raining in Vancouver.
Yes Martha, we are following the summer weather east. Talk about great timing! We watched the clouds pile up in Vancouver and headed toward the sun. The high in Saskatoon today is supposed to be 33 Celsius. Lovin’ it!
