Kevin and Sue were two of the other media people on my recent trip to Norway. They host both a radio and tv travel show. Here’s a recent clip from our arctic adventure. It’s not clear in this video, but the diver is below us, gathering up the king crab. He brought the beasties up on the ice and then with us in the boat and back to their lodge on the banks of the fjord. They cooked them up and served them with one of the neverending variations of incredible Norwegian bread, that we found everywhere we went, and a heavenly garlic mayonnaise for dipping.
‘Twas divine.
And of course, after that we went dog sledding by full moon. Isn’t that what you always do when you go to Norway?
Colleen,
I’m not sure who had the most fun floating in the cold fjord…me or you…but, it was one of the most fun things I have done and it wasn’t even cold. It was fun traveling with you and hope your Bergen stitching is finished now.
