Tourism Vancouver hosted Travel Media Association of Canada writers at various restaurants around town. Our group was happily ensconced at the Nu Restaurant located on the water under the Granville Street bridge.
I had lamb cheeks and tried not to think about what that might look like on the other end of things. Delicious. The starter of organic greens with blue cheese and poached pear was paired perfectly with the Reisling. Other restaurant visits included Coast, Social and Cobre. Most of us met up at Republic on Granville to rave about our meals. At this point, I’m thinking the nightcap martini wasn’t my best idea. Feeling a tad thick today. Definitely an extra caffeine day.
